Get the default risk profile
Returns the organization’s active default risk profile, the profile applied to every KYT screening decision. If the organization has not created a profile yet, one is created automatically with a safe baseline and returned: the catch-all allows none and low, holds medium for review, and blocks high and severe, plus built-in rules that block sanctioned and other prohibited categories at every alert level. Custom profiles can also assign allow, hold, block, or flag (credit but flag for review) to any alert level; the seeded default above does not use flag.
