Execute RPC call
Proxies a JSON-RPC 2.0 call to the specified blockchain node. Use a chain-network path like eth-mainnet or bsc-mainnet. RPC has an independent organization-wide per-second request limit, counted per JSON-RPC call so a batch counts each element, shared across your keys and chains; it does not consume your wallet API quota. HTTP 429 includes Retry-After. The request body and response body are passed through verbatim.
